Buying America is the English-language home for foreign investors who want to move capital — and often their family and future — into the United States.
The problem we kept seeing
Smart, capable people abroad want exposure to the U.S. — its real estate, its businesses, its stability — but the "how" is scattered across immigration lawyers, real-estate agents, accountants and banks who rarely talk to each other. The result is confusion, delay and costly mistakes.
What we do about it
We put the roadmap, the specialists and the community in one place: how to structure ownership, how to finance, how to choose a visa path, and how to actually close. Members get context, not just contacts.
Who is behind it
Joe Faraci brings nearly three decades as a U.S. real-estate investor who has guided global buyers into American property. Edmundo Treviño is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and operated multiple companies in the United States. Diego Alcalá leads operations and investor relations, keeping the experience organized and human. Together they cover the three things a foreign investor needs: the deals, the structures, and the operating discipline to execute.
If you are serious about buying into America, this is where you start.
